@across do you know?

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

[-5,1]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nice, how did you get that?

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

|x+2| <= 3 -(x+2) <=3 -x-2<=3 -x<=5 x>=-5 and x+2<=3 x<= 1 so -5<=x<=1 thus [-5,1]

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

with absolut values you must look at both cases one where you take the negative of the inside and one where you dont.

nice thanks!
