whats the lateral area for this rectangle with the sides 4 as base, 2 as width and 3 as hight

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The formula for lateral area is height multipled by the perimeter of the base. That would make the answer 4+4+2+2 as the perimeter of the base, multiplied by the height which is 3. The final answer would be 36.

thank you do you know how what the volume of this rectangle would be and how i would figure it out ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The volume is just length times width times height, so the answer would be 24
