Two masses of 4.00 kg and 6.50 kg are connected by a light string that passes over a frictionless pulley Determine (a) the tension in the string, (b) the acceleration of each mass, and (c) the distance each mass will move in the first second of motion if they start from rest. This problem is seriously bothering me I'm getting the equations 4a = 4.0(9.8) + T 6.5a = 6.5(9.8) - T which have to be incorrect
