if the height of a trapezoid is 2 cm and the base is 8m and the altitude is 6m what is the area of the trapezoid?

nope.. the product of three lengths can't give you area.. actually the area of trapezoid is... (s1 +s2)/2 *h... but your question doesn't give second side but gives altitude, which basically means height .. So..
