question regarding problem solving score ; I had answered 1026 questions and my problem solving score is 69 .. shouldn't it be more?
@shadowfiend sir is that a bug? or any other thingy?
many of the users have 72 problem solving score BUT the medals lie near my medals
mukushla has more medals than you and also more medals received from askers. furthermore, the gap between your questions answered and his questions answered isnt big. that's why he has bigger problem solving score than you
ok so wat about this .. sorry farm sir: openstudy.com/users/farmdawgnation
@lgbasallote
what about what?
farm sir have 1058 questions answered and 209 medals received and i have : 1029 questions answered and 240 medals received
farmdawg questions answered: 1058 medals from askers: 209 medals recieived: 1002 mathsllover questions answered 1029 medals from askers: 240 medals received: 834 see the difference now?
medals received 834 .. ? so this also matters but it is not mentioned in problem solving group
only first two points are mentioned
consider them as "hidden treasures" or "bonuses"
oh k thanks .. :)
Yes, there are hidden factors at play in each of the SmartScore "components." We just display a select few on the profile.
Ok thanks a lot @mattfeury ... One more question ... i asked questions ( some were tutorials ) and i got many medals but why is there only 60 medals shown?
Medals for Asking60
is that a bug?
That means you've gotten 60 medals on questions that you've asked. Do you think that's wrong?
i meant for example i got 30 medals in 2-3 questions and 20-25 in 2-3 also .. so why it is showing 60
was my question right?
Yea it does look like that number's off by a bit. I'll take a look and let you know :)
ok thanks ... i hope it will get right soon .. 60 +++ i dont know what will be the new score? :)
Oh wait allow me to check that i am your fan or not .. Oh !!! sorry : ( thanks for your help .. i hope it will get ok .. thanks again @mattfeury
Ah so that number is right, it's just that the title isn't very clear. You actually have over 200 medals on questions you've asked, but the "medals for asking" metric is defined so that you only get one per question. This means that you have received medals for asking 60 questions, rather than receiving 60 medals for asking questions. The verbiage is a bit confusing, I agree.
@mattfeury out of curiosity how many medals for asking do i really have? :)
