thank you :)

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

To find the x-intercept, plug in y = 0 and solve for x To find the y-intercept, plug in x = 0 and solve for y --------------------- Ex: x-intercept for -6x+5y = 2 -6x+5y = 2 -6x+5(0) = 2 -6x+0 = 2 -6x = 2 x = 2/(-6) x = -1/3 So the x-intercept is \[\Large \left(-\frac{1}{3},0\right)\]
