Hi, could someone tell me if the following sentences are correct.
"As for grammar, you can take a particular grammar that you have trouble with, and repeatedly practice it verbally until you can say it without thinking what you need to say. Then writing them down on paper to get a better impression of the grammar that you have trouble with. "

The only outstanding grammar mistake is 'them' in the second sentence. Grammar is singular so it should instead be 'it'.
The word grammar is usually used as a noun with the word 'set' or 'rule', though.
'Then' is discontinuous, so it should best be combined with the first sentence. Or, it can be on its own, but you would need to modify 'writing' (so it would be: Then, write it down).
