Explain how carbon is cycled between the atmosphere and geosphere. Use specific examples.

OpenStudy (wach):

Plants integrate carbon from the atmosphere into the photosynthesis process, producing carbohydrates taken up by animal life. Both animals and plants respire carbon back into the air, and eventually die and decay, creating fossil fuels that are inadvertently used and re-emitted into the air by humans when those fossil fuels are burned. And etc! I'm sure you can come up with some examples, the cycle of carbon in and out of the geosphere, maybe :)
