You are looking for a pair where the relative proportion of the x and y coefficients are equal (meaning two lines which are parallel and therefore never meet).
so it would be the 3rd one right
Good. The third one has two parallel lines with different intercepts. Note that the first one is two parallel lines, but the same intercept (so they are really the same line.)
