OpenStudy (anonymous):

as tan x = prep / base use it tan 60 = a/10 where a is width of the rectangle BC is same as AD Good luck

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i still i dont get it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do u know tan x = perpendicular/ base here base is DC =10 and perpendicular is BC where BC =AD as it is opposite side of rectangle

OpenStudy (anonymous):

here angle is 60* so use it tan 60 = a/10 here i let BC as "a" got it? @anabelll

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes!! okay, thank you so much. i get it now :)
