how do I find the value of "e index zero" and "e" in the electrostatic repulsion formula?

speed of light = \[\sqrt{e index zero* u index zero} ....value of u 4pie*10^-7, C= 3*10^8 now you can find e index zero\]
I already know how to find the value of e which means electrons I suppose the formula its like m/|dw:1344396770755:dw| 2 masses I got the value of m but not of the determinator :( have no idea how to find it
