Am I right that in the principles and studies about projectiles and free-falling bodies, the time of rise is equal to the time of fall?

OpenStudy (shane_b):

Yes...barring any other forces other than gravity.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If air resistance is present the time of rise will not be equal to the time of fall?

OpenStudy (shane_b):

It will but other forces could include the wind speed & direction...which would affect the projectile in different ways on the way up versus the way down.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What you said is true. Thank you for the help. xD

OpenStudy (shane_b):

np :)
