think about it as 2 circles and a tube, the tubes height is 11cm and you need to cap it off with circles so what would fold up into that cylinder it is pretty simple if you think about it

I chose A as a guess, I'd just never seen a problem like this before so it threw my for a loop

A is incorrect if you roll that tube up you are going to have a height of 8cm

and the circles wont fully cap the top and bottom

this problem is very simple just imagine rolling up a piece of paper with two circles joined to it, once you roll it up you have to be able to fold the circles over the top and the bottom.
