is there an archive of questions? is it organised by week in the course, how does this work basically?

As I know, there are only a "Closed questions", which are sorted by time.

it is not organised in that sense (at all). people start studying the course in somewhat independent frames of time. if any body might want to ask something, he/she may post his/her question over here. and then people can answer. in any case, if you yourself have anything to ask, just ask a question. And hopefully you will always find people who will help you out.
