how on earth can a 20kg object carry a 50kg object and this possible

OpenStudy (ghazi):

if you will place object of 50 kg at the back of 20 kg and through it from a height your purpose will be fulfilled ...secondly, in case of scuba diving divers carry twice or thrice of their weight...so it is possible...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Correct, but is there a simple example (something you see everyday)

OpenStudy (ghazi):

hydraulic lifting are also an example of this ..you just apply a pressure of 10 N at a side and you're gonna get may be 30 or 40 depending upon the surface area...of the other side..
