Circle graph because it can show percentages and visually show how much of the whole of 200 people prefer which season.

Generally, cirlce graphs are used to show parts of a whole, in this case, the whole group of 200 people.

because they asked for portion chosen... use a circle graph....it will show parts of a whole. the bar graph will show actual frequencies....
