If f(x) = 4x – 1 and g(x) = x2 + 2x + 2, what is f(g(x)) ? x2 + 8x – 2 x2 + 6x + 1 4x2 + 6x – 1 4x2 + 8x + 7

To find f(g(x)) we have to go to the f and plug g(x) where it says x. Do you know how to go on?

f(g(x))=4g(x)-1 =4(x^2 + 2x + 2)-1 And now?
