Which is the correct process for changing the background color of a range of cells?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
To change cell background color in Excel, highlight the cells by clicking and dragging and select the paint bucket icon and select the color you want
OpenStudy (anonymous):
just select the range of cells that you want to color..if it is not concecutive better hold your ctrl key and select the cells and just click on to the paint bucket icon.. even you can go for formating options..
