how would i Find the upper and lower bounds for the polynomial. P(x) = x3 - x2 + x - 2

I guess upper bounds are where f(x)>0 and lower bounds are where f(x)<0 but not sure

sin(x) for example is bound between 1 and -1 or arctan(x) is bound between pi/2 and -pi/2
