y-1= 4/9 (x-6)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what are you looking for?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then isolate y.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the question is y+1= 4/9(x-6)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i did that..the problem is that im doing something wrong within the process..im on my math lab

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what was your final answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the problem is here you must follow rule of order of opperations in math which states, Prenthies, powers, divide, time ,add , subtract left to right.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so y-1=4/9(x-6) you should first do 4/9 and times with the x and -6, than you take and get y my itself and combine all like terms hope this helps

OpenStudy (anonymous):

be careful, when -1 goes across the equal sign it becomes +1 just a hint on that one is all
