Hey, home dawgs, is 28, 21, 15, 10, 6, ... an arithmetic sequence? i'm just stuck cause the change is -7,-6,-5,-4.. but i dont know if that is or not :o any help?

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

the differences change each time (from -7 to -6, etc etc) so it cannot be an arithmetic sequence

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

if the differences were the same (say -7 all the way through), then it would be an arithmetic sequence

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the differnce reduces by one every time, so its a sequence all rite...but not an arithmetic one

thanks, guys! :D
