I enjoy a song from Caroline's Spine called Sullivan. Its about several brothers who pass away in the attack on Pearl Harbor and the result to their family. It is based on some actual events from history. It is very sad when the chorus changes to reflect how their mother feels. You could probably get extra points for doing something historical.
