Question

A short dipole with a dipole moment P(vector) is located at a distance r from infinite line charge having linear charge density lemda . If dipole moment is perpendicular to line charge then net force on dipole is ?? AND WHY , i had solved half , but my answer is not true ..
Answer is : P(lemda)/2(pie) (e*) r^2
but how ?
