We have these sorta bugs all the time.
What you just need to do is:
• Wait for a second to page to load.
• Refresh.

But I kinda agree. A bug that can be fixed by refreshing the page still doesn't have a reason not getting fixed.
Therefore, I sign a petition to the administrators to fix these kind of bugs.
