Bob draws a line segment PQ. He sets the width of a compass to the length of segment PQ and without changing the width, draws an arc from P and an arc from Q that intersect at a point R. What triangle did Bob construct? An equilateral triangle because all the sides are congruent. An isosceles triangle because all the sides are of different lengths. A scalene triangle because all the sides are of different lengths. An isosceles triangle because exactly two sides are congruent.
