i have three quizzes this week. i need to know how to budget my time so my studying will be most effective. what subject do i need to study first; how much time should i spend on each subject; etc

Make sure you're healthy, fresh positive mind, staying focus is the key to study effective.
Scanning through the harder subject sketch the outline for overview, put check mark on the topic that you feel can handle. Switch to start summarize the easiest subject, and generate the understanding from key idea! Step out relax every 4, 5 hours, jot some notes on the harder subject, back to the easiest one continue until you done with the summary, then add the examples.
Leave the hardest parts until to the end. Get together with your friend sharing the idea probably help because sometime your hardest topic is the easier one to others.
Group study only helps if each of person already actively study and practice.
It's how I conquer my tasks, I also use color highlight as coded and color index cards for multiple subjects. Best wish to your study!
