I don't see anything wrong
The big blue bar is twice as big as it's supposed to be, and covering up part of the "Ask a question...." box.
@KingGeorge , you're right. If you pinch zoom out, you can even load the full side. ^_^ Then you can see chats and attach files too!

Yeah I actually noticed that the other day and forgot to mention it. This definitely happens on iOS 6.
We may want to check Android's Chrome, if it runs a more recent version of Webkit than the one in stock Android.
This was actually on Windows 7 on Chrome 21.0.1180.49 beta-m. I just shrunk the window enough to enter the mobile version.
