http://www.cellimagelibrary.org/ is pretty good. The site has a lot of electron micrographs, but there are some good light microscopic pictures too.

You can search for different types of images. I just tried copy/pasting my search, but it didn't work. Just go into Advanced Search and search for "modes of light microscopy" in the Image Mode box (in the Imaging Methods section). There might be a better way to do it, but that search does turn up lots of light microscope images.
