IF at 1st second the man sees the object of 0th second.... why the man sees the object of 8th(around) second at 10th second.......while it should have been the object of 9th second according to common sense...?

Hey pal Why you are making yourself crazy!!!!!!!! Here's the solution:::

As in the picture 'answer' you are assuming in the part4 picture that the object is unmoved around 2 sec. than it moves and when you are draw a new picture without at the old one.......... just by reading question of yours....
