1969, so it started in the 60s. Whenever I get a question like this, think how likely it is to happen. They were still flying spitfires in the 40s - it they didn't have the tech.

The 90s seems way too recent, so the best chance is the 60s. Remember in your test that if you come across a question which you don't know - just guess it. You don't loose marks for getting a wrong answer, so you have a chance to get it right.
