We have 3 cups at 10%. These three cups contain .3 cup juice. We have x cups at 60%. These contains .6 x cup juice When we mix them we get y+3 cups that have .3 + .6 x of juice.

\[ \frac{0.6 x+0.3}{x+3}=0.3\\ x=2 \]
