How would exercising, sleeping well, eating healthy foods, and receiving recommended vaccines affect a person's immunity?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, compared to a person who eats fried foods, sleeps 2 hrs a day, and doesnt get vaccines like they should, that healthy person has a very hgh immune system. Lets say because that person exercises, they sweat out all the bad fluids in their body. Then, when they eat healthy, they're keeping their intestines clean(in a way) so they can digest well. When they get their vaccines-->lets say a person takes the bus, and a LOT of virus are out in the open, especially on the bus. If the person doesnt get vaccines (which helps their body PROTECT against small viruses), they would get sick VERY easily. All the more since they dont exercise and eat healthy!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A person would have a very high immune system. with the vaccines you become less suseptable if not imune to diseases and if you do become ill your body has the strentgth to fight off the infection because of the exercise, sleep and healthy food.

The body will be able to produce the antibodies and memory cells needed to fight disease and recover quickly.
