i cant see the picture :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oops its upside down! haha :p umm hold on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you see it now?

OpenStudy (raden):

oh sorry.. No.57) is that trigonometry problems?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no its geometry

OpenStudy (raden):

but its question find the measure not the length of e and f, i think not easy to solve it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is the first time i see a problem like this. I don't know how to even begin solving this problem

OpenStudy (raden):

i want try to solve the problems of No.58) and 59) 58). solve here, i means it find of all not known, like the measure of B, the length of AC, AB, the last find area of ABC the first, find m(B) = (180 - (30+90)) = 180 - 120 = 60 degrees next we find the length of AC and AB, we use : the proportion of BC, AB, and AC is 1 : 2 : sqrt(3) So, AB=2xBC AB = 2x4=8. AC=BC x sqrt(3) AC = 4 x sqrt(3) The last, the area of ABC = (4 x 4 x sqrt(3))/2= (16 x sqrt(3))/2 = 8xsqrt(3) 59). i think, this problem like on 57). we use trigonometry's concept (did u studied it?) for to find the length and width of rectangle, we use formula : (look at the picture)
