tan(-theta)/sin(540+theta)=?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Are you working in radians or degrees?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

degrees,,,,,this question needs to be solved using the formula sin n pi=0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm. I was deceived by its looks. I don't think I can help. Sorry.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the answer i got is -sin^2 theta/cos theta, but the answer given in the book is sec theta... please verify

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Though playing with sin(n*pi) on my calculator shows that it only holds when working in radians...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try solving on paper...using the formula i gave u.....it will be solved in 2 minutes....i just need the final answer....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

someone please solve this question....got to work it for the test tommorow and also this one : [sin(90-theta)sec(180-theta)sin(-theta)]/[sin(180+theta)cot(360-theta)cosec(90-theta)]
