Can someone help me with, Select the inequality that corresponds to the given graph. (number line graph with closed circles on negative 1 and 3 with shading in between). (Without giving me the answer)!!!
5x + 7 >= 2 and 10x <= 30

6x + 7 >= 25 or 2x - 8 < -4

4x + 10 <= 6 or 5x - 6 >= 14

37 <= 8x - 3 <= 61

basically you just solve for x for all of them

closed circles will always mean "greater than or equal to" or "less than or equal to"
open circles just mean "greater than" or "less than"

"and", or union, means that only the points in common that the 2 equations share
"or" means all points in the first one and all points in the 2nd one

so look for whichever gives you x>=-1 "and" x<=3
it wouldnt be "or" because then the entire number line would be shaded
