The graph of which quadratic equation is shown below?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y = −x2 + 6x + 8 y = −x2 − 6x + 8 y = x2 + 6x + 8 y = x2 − 6x + 8

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

x-intercepts are (0,-4) and (0,-2) so the roots are x = -4 and x = -2 so the factors are (x+4) and (x+2) if i multiply them.. (x+4)(x+2) = x^ 2 + 2x + 4x + 8 = x^2 + 6x + 8 does that help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks it's y = x2 + 6x + 8

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):
