I am not sure if this is going to be possible. But could someone break down the following for me. Power rule of intergrals, chain rule show the in's and out of each. Again, I am not sure if anyone can help with this..

Have you checked out khanacademy.org? There's plenty of videos there to teach you calculus (as well as a million other subjects).

There's also patrickjmt.com which has videos on this stuff as well. Both are very good sites and you'd probably pick it up faster watching those than having someone type it all out here :)

The videos are posted to cover specific topics...and they're pretty short but I think they're very good for refresher-type learning.
