actually the third side should be LESS than 9 + 4
13 is not a choice the choices are 5 cm 6 cm 3 cm 4 cm
well i did say less than 13...not 13...

let a = 9 and b = 4 \[9 - 4 < c < 9 + 4\] so the third side is \[5<c<13\]
