That's what my first answer was... but i think i have to redo it. I'm pretty sure that's wrong

I haven't done any calculations, I just looked at the question and diagram and suggested the easiest option for the solution.

looking at a its 1(2) - 3(2) = 9 (2) + 3(2) = 0 its not the 1st pair as you get -4 = 9 and 8 = 0 so (2, 2) isn't on either of those lines.. repeat method to find the solution

oops the point is (2, 3) so option a) is 2 - 3(3) = -7 2(2) + 3(3) = 13 (2, 3) isn't on either of the lines in option a
