I haven't done any calculations, I just looked at the question and diagram and suggested the easiest option for the solution.

looking at a its

1(2) - 3(2) = 9
(2) + 3(2) = 0

its not the 1st pair as you get -4 = 9 and 8 = 0

so (2, 2) isn't on either of those lines..
