Which condition can be used to prove the congruence of the two triangles below

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Erm, what triangles?

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

1.) RHS = Right \(angle\) Hypotenuse Side 2.) ASA = Angle Side Angle 3.) SSS = Side Side Side 4.) SAS = Side Angle Side These are the conditions can be used to prove congruency of triangles :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

my choices are SSS ASA AND HL

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, for starters you have a right angle (but don't assume its RHS) Do you have equal Hypotenuse and side?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well its either HL or all of the above

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If two triangles are congruent, then they are similar. t/f

OpenStudy (anonymous):

true - ALWAYS

OpenStudy (anonymous):

similarity and congruency is just like rectangles and squares. If 2 triangles are congruent, they are similar. But not necessarily the reverse. Just like all squares are rectangles, but not necessarily the reverse.
