Find a sandwich recipe with a yield of 8 servings or fewer. Copy the recipe and calculate how much of each ingredient would be needed to serve 40 party guests. (I have already found the recipe) So lets say the one recipe includes 2 pieces of bread would i multiply that by 40 or ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Depends on how many servings is the recipe.

I am just confused as to what I am supposed to multiply the recipe numbers by.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In the recipe there is one serving.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1 serving is for one person. So for 40 people you would need 40 servings. So yeah you multiply the products in the recipe by 40

alright sweet :) thanks!
