I think the slaves today feel unsatisfied with their situation, since capitalism only benefits the few that own the means of production, and keeps the wage slaves from ever realizing it is not a fair system.Those who were captured, sold and transported from their homeland would feel just about the same as a prisoner given a life sentence. Those born into slavery would not know how else to live - but they would wonder why the people in the Big House lived so much better.
