2(x + 6) ≥ 3x - 2

And what type of circle and which direction the shading will be?

step 1 is to multiply out on the left using the distributive law
you get
\[2x+12\geq 3x-2\]

then perhaps subtract \(2x\) from both sides to put all the \(x\)'s on one side
you get
\[12\geq x-2\]
