i have a question about a problem i am having
non-expanding windows that cut off text (Win7)
when i open a window and there is supposed to be more text i can see i can not scroll to see it.
i have tried DPI settings, all the control panel settings. can any one help

just change OS maybe command promp is corrupted.

Possibly, maximizing the window and bringing it back to normal with the title bar buttons may work.
