n a farmer’s pentagonal field, when interior angles are put in increasing order, each differs from the next by 25°. Find the measure of the smallest interior angle of the field to the nearest .1 degree.

Alright. The measure of the sum of the interior angles in a polygon are found by using \((n - 2)180\). THis gives you 540 since there are 5 sides. That means that these angles have to add up to 540. Let the smallest unknown be x and each increasing angle, add 25. x + x + 25 + x + 50 + x + 75 + x + 100 = 540 Solve for x and that is your answer :)
