The allele for wet earwax (W) in humans is completely dominant over dry earwax (w). Suppose a large, isolated population of people with wet or dry earwax exists in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Let p be the frequency of the dominant allele (W), and let q be the frequency of the recessive allele (w). Use the Hardy-Weinberg equations to find the frequency of the alleles if 75% of the population has wet earwax.
