Whenever I bump a question, a sign comes that says you cannot bump this question for so and so minutes even though the question is bumped. I know its not important but I thought I'd just let you know.

I think there might be a lagg. If you click it once then it will happen. Might not happen right away and it might take a few seconds or even a minute but the process of being bump is occurring so if you try to bump it again it's not going to let you do it.
