What happens at x=-4.1? -4.01? -4.001? Graph the equation and look at it on the left side of x=-4. Yes, it looks like it's going to infinity, which is right!

@hamidic there is no limit because the right hand limit and left hand limit don't converge, however we are only looking at the left hand limit here, which approaches infinity while the right hand limit does approach negative infinity, that is not relevant to the question.
