The pedigree chart below shows the individuals in a family who exhibit a certain trait. Based on the information in the chart, what two conclusions can be drawn?

It is a recessive trait. It is a dominant trait. Individual 3 is homozygous for the trait. Individual 3 is heterozygous for the trait. http://learn.flvs.net/webdav/assessment_images/educator_biology_v15/586637126/ppg/respondus/pool_BioI_3640_0310_09/image0014e3c0638.jpg (please explain how you get the answer I have no clue how to read a pedigree chart and there's a lot of pedigree charts on this work sheet)

can someone plz help

Start at the top of the pedigree chart. A square is the symbol for a male and a circle is the symbol for a female. The horizontal lines connecting a square and circle show that the pair mated. Vertical lines connecting a pair to other squares or circles show its offspring.
