How do you solve miles/hr into yards/min?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1mile=1760yards and 1hr=60min so 1mile/1hr=1760yard/60min=29.3333yard/min

OpenStudy (kainui):

You can multiply things by 1 without changing the number right? That's basically what a conversion factor is, and you multiply it by that to divide out the other unit and get the unit you want. 1mile=1760yards is the same as 1=1760yards/1mile and if you multiply that by a mile, the miles divide out and you are left with the units of yard.
